They were changing out electric meters, I had no electricity until 10p.m. I was supposed to have movers, the email NEVER got sent that I even signed my lease. There's only one person that seems to be a very nice and understanding person and that's Ms. Reese. She has been a help to me on this move and she wasn't even the person I was supposed to be dealing with. Overall the picture of the pool isn't what I expected. It fooled me,not blue but green. I guess I am happy I'm here.

My unit have water 💦 leaks since 4 month I report and maintenance request by Online more than 6 time they always close the job without visiting my unit when I call them to ask it’s not fix they lie it’s fix
I have proof nobody visit my unit to fix any job since 6 month

With me being a high risk of falling Avenue5 gave my apartment away but American Equity has helped me the most. Stephanie was very helpful. When I come into the office I am well greated and you guys are the ones I can call family. Regardless of what people say this is a beautiful property and you guys are making it much better. So to this company and the ladies in the office congratulations. The owner should be proud to have great workers.
